Yay or nay?

Making New Year’s resolutions isn’t necessarily a bad idea, but sometimes they can be ineffective or lead to disappointment. Often, people set unrealistic goals that are impossible to sustain long term leading to feelings of failure and disappointment which then leads to a guilt trip and a feeling of inadequacy! Not great!!

How about setting small achievable goals and rewarding yourself (not with food, booze!) once achieved!

Building small daily healthy habits is so much easier and more pleasant tbh and much more likely to be successful in the long term!!
