Menomove – A Menopause Guide for Beginners!

We’ll be looking at hormones and what happens to them as we approach the menopause. We’ll be addressing lifestyle, exercise, diet, movement, stress, sleep and more!

Every woman’s menopause will be different and there is no right or wrong way through it but there are certain things we can do to help ourselves manage our symptoms and improve the quality of our life!

We can no longer do what we have always done but that doesn’t mean you can’t feel fantastic through menopause and beyond! We just need to tweak a few things and maybe include HRT into the mix, again that is a personal choice!

Certain things may no longer serve you such as alcohol, late nights, eating certain foods, intense exercise etc so we will look at all of these things and it may be a good idea to do a food and mood diary before the program starts to see what your triggers are.

Don’t compare your menopause to anyone else as it will be unique to you and your symptoms may be similar or completely different to the next person and also may change over the months/years!

We have several years of life as post menopausal women and we want to feel our very best!
