BOOTCAMPS

Brockham bootcamps are held at Brockham Cricket ground on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8.45 – 9.45am. 

They are women only bootcamps and mostly aimed at midlife women who like to exercise and socialise at the same time. 

They involve a warm up followed by a main component that can be anything from circuits to body conditioning, to pilates to cardio or a mix of all of those. Every session is different. My ladies have their own equipment except for mats which I supply. On the first session of each month we also go for coffee afterwards. This is a very sociable group who enjoy evenings out too.

If you think this might be a good fit for you then you are most welcome to come along and give it a go free of charge. 

PT SESSIONS

I offer one to one sessions either in the comfort of your own home, in an outside location such as a park or online via Zoom. These are great if you are a beginner, if you have had a break from fitness or are recovering from illness or injury. I will always offer you a free consultation first to see if I can help you before you commit. 

MENO-FIT SERIES

A series of five 7 day programs comprising of Meno-Core, Meno-Tone, Meno-Stretch, Meno-Grow and Meno-Chill created for menopausal women. These short programs consist of 3 workouts and daily healthy habit building. They have already been completed and run live so once you buy them you can do them at your leisure and in whichever order you like.
