CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

PILATES (Online)

Pilates is an exercise programme that uses slow and controlled movements designed to improve posture and strengthen muscles. It improves balance, increases flexibility and can relieve back pain and tension throughout the body. It focuses on the ‘core’ muscles of the body which are the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and uses these to control the movements. It is also great for stress reduction and relaxation and is suitable for all abilities and ages.

 AEROBICS (online)

A fun class exercising to music which improves the cardiovascular system(heart and lungs), helps control weight, increases stamina and makes you feel alive!

BOOTCAMPS (face to face)

Non military style exercise based outdoors includes interval training, circuits and toning using equipment such as weighted balls, bands and dumbbells. Great fun and you feel brilliant afterwards having spent the hour in the fresh air!

BODYSCULPT (online)

A body conditioning class targeting the whole body and includes bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, different every time!

SALSACISE (online)

A choreographed aerobics style routine with some latin moves, great fun and gets a sweat on, co-ordination required!

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training (online)

Short workouts of high intensity with different timings, great for fat burning and torching calories!

20/20/20 (online)

An hour mix split into 3 parts, each part can be different, for example 20 minutes of Aerobics, 20 minutes of Body Conditioning and 20 minutes of Pilates.

UPPER BODY BLAST (online)

A workout focusing on the upper body, sometimes using bodyweight, sometimes using dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells etc…

GLUTE ACTIVATION BAND WORKOUT (online)

An entire workout using the fabulously effective Glute Activation Band.

SUNDAY CHILL (online)

A mix of yoga, pilates, stretch and relaxation, a great way to end the week.
