Mental health doesn’t check your age, your stage of life, or how strong you’ve been up to now.

Post menopause can bring a lot of changes, some expected, some completely out of the blue and sometimes, out of nowhere, your mental health can take a hit that floors you. One day you’re coping, managing, holding everything together… and the next, it feels like the ground has shifted beneath you.

If that’s happened to you, you’re not alone and you’re not failing.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, at any time. Hormonal shifts, life transitions, loss, identity changes, or simply the build up of years of holding things together can all play a part. And it doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

This is the start of an open conversation. No shame, no pretending, no “just get on with it.”
