Success Stories!
I have been working closely with a few women this spring after offering a special deal and am delighted with the response and results I have had! Here are a few of my wonderful clients stories……….
My youngest client is 21 year old Emilly, a young mum who’s diet was atrocious.
I put her on my 7 day detox which I thought she would find really difficult but she was completely in the right mindset and absolutely smashed it, losing 8lbs in 7 days! Mindset is a must because if you are not absolutely ready to make changes in your head then you will not succeed!
I have been working with her for a month now and she has lost 1 stone so far, I am so proud of her and the work she has put in. The hardest part for her is the exercise which she struggles with but the weight loss has inspired her to just get on with it as she wants to lose another 1 and a half stone.
If Emilly can do it then anyone can as it was a complete change to what she is used to and she has gone from someone who eats lots of junk to cooking from scratch and has now realised that this is not a diet but a lifestyle change and she is determined to keep going with it!

Another of my lovely ladies is Amanda, who was so up for giving it a go she has been a joy to work with! She is also at a menopausal age which makes losing weight more challenging as hormones are all over the place but that didn’t stop her from giving it her all.
She took everything I told her onboard and again did my 10 day detox and lost 5lbs. We worked out at Denbies which was lovely in itself and did lots of interval training and toning exercises which could also be done at home. She has now joined a gym and is exercising regularly!

Claire was also very keen and diet was very important as she has thyroid issues and food intolerances. Her diet was relatively good anyway and just needed tweaking!
However, regardless of this she did everything I asked of her and is going to continue with the healthy eating and regular exercise. We exercised outside at the Nower with dumbbells, again doing exercises that can easily be done anywhere with or without weights!
There are really no excuses and sometimes you just need a little push in the right direction and once you are on the right track and start seeing results, it is much easier to keep going on your own!
