I hope you are having some downtime this weekend and spending time with family and friends as we soon head in to September, kids back at school, adults back to work, everyone back to fitness!!
September is one of the busiest months in my calendar, a lot of people are away in August, fitness usually takes a back seat as does healthy eating and alcohol consumption increases as a rule!
That’s not such a bad thing as balance is a big part of life and who wants to worry about what they are eating/drinking while away enjoying a well earned break.
That’s my cue…….
