SEPTEMBER!.
So now Summer’s been and gone or should I say never arrived, we are full on into the autumnal season with summer clothes being put away and sweaters resurfacing!
There are officially 106 days to Christmas so now is the perfect time to get back to it, move more, eat well, get outside more into nature and welcome in the dark mornings again which to be honest is not my fave! I wake up early and I love to see sunlight but alas that time is coming to an end!
BEAT THE BLOAT PROGRAM
Beat the Bloat is over halfway through and my girls are smashing it as usual coming up with delicious homemade recipes which I am now adding to a new guide in the FB hub group so that we can share our recipes with the other members. I for one am always looking for new ideas as I am not the greatest cook and not very brave or adventurous when it comes to cooking!

These are my top 4 considerations when I am running any sort of program as they all complement each other and if one is lacking it can affect every one of the others! It is even more important as peri or post menopausal women to look at all of these as our hormones are forever changing and decreasing causing all sorts of symptoms which can make it challenging!
ON DEMAND VIDEO LIBRARY
Thank you to those who have already signed up to my on demand video library. I will be filming more over the coming weeks and continually adding to the library. They are anything from 5 – 30 minutes long and suitable for all abilities, so if you are short of time but want to do some workouts then these may be just what you need.
