Time’s are a changing and as we enter a new decade the way we train is also moving forward!
We all have exceptionally busy lives and are time poor so any thing we can do to make our lives easier is a bonus!
If I could offer you a way of training without even leaving the house, so no travel costs, no parking costs, no travel time, no gym membership, what would you think?
All you need is a laptop, Ipad or phone and to download an app!
I would be offering personal training and small group training on a weekly basis similar to a face to face class, at the same time every week and would do them in 4 or 6 week blocks!
They would only be 30 minute sessions so short, quick and effective, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your day!
