1. Drink plenty of water, aim for at least 2 litres a day and drink a cup of water before mealtimes to help fill you up
2. Exercise daily, only has to be for 20 minutes and walking is great.
3. Eating protein at mealtimes will help keep you satisfied for longer.
4.Sleep is important so if you are a bad sleeper then think about addressing this.
5.Avoid sugar as much as you can to balance your blood sugar and if you need something sweet then eat fruit or dark chocolate.
