1) Work out early morning or evening and avoid between 11am and 3pm, the hottest part of the day!
2) Switch to a less intense workout and maybe do a yoga or pilates session instead.
3) Take longer breaks during your session to stop your heart rate from rocketing and reduce your body temperature.
4) Keep hydrated and ensure you drink plenty before, during and after your workout.
5) Wear loose and light coloured clothing.
6) Listen to your body and STOP if you feel dizzy, faint or nauseous!
