Can you believe that it is the 1st December tomorrow? This year has flown by hasn’t it?
NEWS!
I am working on 2 new projects for 2013. The first one is my Small Group Personal Training which is explained in more detail in my previous blog. The second one is a new class called The Ultimate Toning Project which will involve a whole body workout using balls, bands and bodyweight. No part of the body will be missed! Hard work will be required but a lot of fun will be had along the way. I am looking at holding this class on a Monday morning to start the week off on a positive! Let me know if you are interested in joining either of my new projects or if you have any questions about them.
XMAS!
Have you got Xmas sorted yet? Presents bought?, cakes made? I haven’t even started yet. Every year it comes up behind me and bites me on the bum! I had better get a move on!
What will happen to your exercise regime over the festive period? Will you keep going to the gym/classes or going for a run or will you give up completely? I would love to know! I will probably get about 3 full days off and an easy couple of weeks over the period which suits me fine as I soon start to feel sluggish if I don’t exercise and as much as I love all the xmas food I can only eat so much before I get sick of it!
Please keep on eye on my class timetable as I will be updating it shortly for The Xmas period. Most of the classes at The Sports Centre will keep running with just a few changes but Friends Life will probably close between Xmas and New Year. My bootcamps and private classes will finish for 2 weeks from Friday 21st December.
I have a couple of personal training slots coming up in Jan 2013 so if you think you might need some extra help and a little bit of inspiration then please get in touch. I will be offering some special deals for the new year as well so watch this space to grab one!
