fridge

This is a typical full fridge in my house when I have just had my online shop delivered. Please note that the coke is not mine and it is not bought by me as I hate the stuff but it belongs to my grown up son and I begrudgingly allow him to keep it in the fridge! Also the Lindors are left over from easter but I do always have chocolate in my fridge, normally the darker variety!

I find shopping online a much easier option especially if I am trying to eat healthily as there is none of the temptation you find whilst walking around the shop and seeing things on offer or having to walk down the chocolate/crisps/alcohol aisles!

I try to fill my fridge with lots of vegetables, as you can see I love my spinach and lots of colour such as peppers, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots etc… I also fill up on protein with lots of chicken, fish, steak, lean mince, liver and lots of eggs (not kept in fridge!)

If I have a sweet tooth I satisfy it with either a small amount of dark chocolate, rice/oatcakes with peanut butter or berries/banana with a small dollop of yoghurt or creme fraiche.

Make a list stick to it and buy the sort of food you want to put into your body. If the bad food is not in there then you can’t eat it and if you want it badly enough you have to leave the house and go to the shop which means you must really want it!
