Bit late but Happy new year peeps!!
I hope you had a fantastic break over the festive period and are having a fabulous start to 2013!
I have a lot planned for this year and am really excited about all the new projects I am working on and will be offering you guys nutrition advice as well as exercise regimes.
My Fit ‘n’ Fabulous Club kicks off next Monday so please check out my earlier blog for full information and get in touch asap if you are interested in joining me. I will be offering nutritional advice and an exercise program on this course as I find lot of people can exercise no problem but don’t really know what they should be eating to help them with their fat/weight loss. There are a lot of different diet clubs out there so it can be confusing and i will be taking it back to basics and introducing clean eating which is all about avoiding all processed foods and cooking from scratch.
My bootcamps are going really well and we are having a ball in this wonderful wintry weather. If you would like to have a go please feel free to come along and have a free trial. These are held in Brockham Cricket Ground mornings and evenings. Check out my calendar for all times.
My private Pilates class on Tuesday evening at 7.30 at The Christian Centre Dorking is fully booked and I have a waiting list up and running so if you want to be put on the there please let me know and spaces may come up in a few weeks time after the Mad January rush has subsided!
Are you struggling with your fitness as we are coming into the third week of January? New years resolutions seem to fail before the first month is out so one of my best tips to keep you on track is to hang out with likeminded people. These are the people that will support you no matter what and will not try to get you to have that glass of wine or treat yourself to a bar of chocolate. Its the negative people that will do this because they cannot do what you are doing so its easier for them to drag you down with them as opposed to stepping up and joining you on your mission for a healthier lifestyle.
THINK POSITIVE. DITCH THE NEGATIVE. YOU CAN DO THIS!
