SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
This is a program I am working on and will be bringing out in January 2013.
This is what it will involve: –
- Small groups of no more than 6 ladies
- 4 week intense program
- 1 x meeting a week
- exercise program to follow at home
- nutritional program to follow at home
- weights and measurements to be taken at weekly meeting
- Online, email and phone support
I am aiming this program at ladies that have tried several diets over the years but have failed to keep the weight off on a long term basis. Short regular bouts of exercise will be included as exercise and nutrition have to be combined to get the desired results. The exercise routines will be easy to follow and can be done in the home with no equipment so there really is NO EXCUSE! By the end of the 4 weeks I would like to think I will have given you all the tools you need to keep going and maintain that healthier, fitter body.
