Hi everyone and a happy new year to you all!

I hope you all had a great xmas and are ready to get back to an exercise and healthy eating regime! Remember find an exercise that you actually enjoy and if possible find a friend to exercise with as this helps a lot with not making excuses if you know you will let someone else down!

Try to think about what goes in to your body as the saying ‘you are what you eat’ is so true. It makes a huge difference to how you feel if you eat a healthy diet and combined with exercise you will soon start to notice a change in how you feel and look! I am currently studying a nutrition course so when qualified will be able to offer tailor made nutritional advice to suit your lifestyle, so if you need a bit of help to get started please let me know.
