Hiya,

Can you believe that its July already. The first 6 months of this year have flown by! I have had a busy half a year taking over existing classes from another retiring instructor and introducing my Fit ‘n’ Fabulous Club which will be running again in September.

MY RUNNING DIARY!!

Yes you read that right………I have entered myself into a 10km run down in Arundel at the end of August.

I am not a runner and don’t particularly enjoy running, however I wanted to give myself a challenge and something to work towards so I decided to enter a 10km with my boyfriend and we have just started training for it. I am really enjoying it because I have something to work towards and obviously want to do it in a respectable time!

I have done 2 runs so far. The first one was 5km and took 28 mins and the second was 7km and took 55 minutes but the second one was a much trickier route with hills and narrow paths etc to run on….and it was very hot (yesterday).

If anyone reading this is a regular runner and wants to chuck some advice my way then please do as I have no idea about technique, breathing etc, all I know is I have to pace myself as i tend to want to go too fast and burn myself out early on……i am a sprinter at heart!!

I will keep you updated on my progress…wish me luck!!

SUMMER ‘HOT BODY’ BOOTCAMP!

I will be running a 4 week bootcamp through August if I get enough interest. Please get in touch if you would be interested. My bootcamps include circuit training, running, skipping, resistance training, abdominal exercises etc etc and lots of laughs!! Take a look at my gallery page to get an idea of what we get up to.

PILATES CLASSES!

I hold lots of Pilates classes at different times through the week and some of these are for mixed abilities and some are more specialised. Please have a look at my timetable for times and days and get in touch if you would like to join one. Please be aware that some classes are full with a waiting list.

All of these classes except the Wednesday morning one at The Dorking Sports Centre will finish for the Summer holidays and recommence in September.

FIT ‘N’ FABULOUS CLUB!

I am looking for 6 ladies to join this club. This is a 4 week exercise and nutrition program which includes one meeting per week to exercise, weigh and measure and a folder with all of the exercise and nutritional information to follow at home.

It is quite a strict program but is effective and is all about eating clean food and doing short bursts of intense exercise.

The cost is £49 and the course will start sometime in September.
