Hi all,

SEPTEMBER IS UPON US!

Have you been away and overindulged over the Summer. Well I know I did, but I think that every now and then its a good thing to let you hair down! I went on my Summer holiday, drank too many cocktails, ate too many chips and did absolutely no exercise! I managed to read 3 books in a week and baked my body in the sun for several hours at a time! I feel great after it but I know that I wouldn’t feel great if I did that for any length of time, so now its back to regular exercise and healthy eating!

If you are struggling with getting back to exercise after a break then maybe you need a helping hand, I am offering 2 people the chance to have 10 personal training sessions with me for the price of £250 which is a saving of £100. Sometimes all you need is a push in the right direction and I will work with you to find out what exercise you actually enjoy and also will help you with nutritional advice if that is something you might be  interested in! I have updated my timetable for the final quarter of the year so please take a look at whats on offer and where possible I will offer you a free trial. I offer lots of variety from Pilates to Spinning to Salsacise so there really is something for everyone!
