Hiya,

Its been a busy few months and looks to be carrying on in that vein which is great for me considering how much I love this business!

NEW CLASSES!

I took over 6 new classes a month ago, all of which were Pilates and all well established classes with an experienced instructor so a little bit daunting to say the least…..however I feel that they are all going really well and all of my lovely new clients are very welcoming. All of the classes are on my timetable page so if you are interested in joining one of them take a look and see what’s on offer. There is something for everyone ranging from those new to exercise and those who are regular exercisers and also all age ranges are welcome.

 

PILATES DVD!

I have ordered some more of my pilates DVD’s which will be available to buy from here as soon as I get them. The DVD is an hour long Pilates class with me on a mat using a resistance band (optional)and is suitable for all levels. It costs £10 and the band costs £5, both will be put on my shop page along with some bender soft balls, cost £8 which I use a lot in Pilates and love them.

BOOTCAMPS!

My ‘Summer Body’ Bootcamp starts next week and runs for 8 weeks which takes us to July! There are spaces in all of my bootcamps and they are held at Brockham Recreation Ground. You can sign up for one two or three per week and the more you attend the cheaper they get! I offer a free trial to anyone who wants to give it a go so don’t be shy and get in touch. Until you try it you wont realise how good working out outside makes you feel. It beats being stuck in a studio or a gym anyday especially in the summer months. FIT ‘N’ FABULOUS CLUB!

I ran my first one of these earlier on this year and got fantastic results so I am considering running another one before the summer holidays for those who might want to shed some fat, tone up and learn how to eat healthily for life. These courses run for 6 weeks and include one meeting per week with weights/measurements taken, an exercise session and a chat about progress. You will also receive a folder with all of the nutritional and exercise information required to follow for the 6 weeks so self motivation and willpower will be required as this is quite a strict program especially diet wise but will deliver results if followed to the letter and there are cheats along the way! Get in touch if you are interested in joining the next course as I only have space for 6 people.
