Oh my word it’s the 1st of August already, how did that happen?!

I am off on my jollies on Monday so will be out of the country for 10 days and not contactable during that time. If you need to get in touch please email me or contact me via facebook or twitter and I will get back to you on my return.

My 7 day Fat Blast Detox has been awesome and I have had almost 80 people sign up for it so far! The results have been amazing and they are all on my special page dedicated to the detox so please take a look and see what a difference just eating clean for 7 days does. I have photos and testimonials as well and everyone has been well pleased with their results and once you have ordered the detox then you have it for good and can use it time and time again!

I will be running a 10 day detox in a facebook group in September with a few changes from the 7 day one so if you are interested in joining us please contact me. It really helps to have support along the way so I thought if we all start on the same day we will all be going through exactly the same process at the same time and can post feelings, photos, recipes and generally support each other.
