Hope life is good! its all go here! I attended a fitness business builder seminar a couple of weeks ago and had a great time with the fab Rachel Holmes, learnt loads and came away feeling inspired and motivated and knowing which direction I want to go business wise! So 2012 is gonna be a great year I feel!
I also attended a first aid course a couple of weeks ago which is of course a requirement for me but I hope you never need to be bandaged up by me cos my bandaging skills are rubbish!
XMAS!!!
Is nearly upon us and creeps up way too quick for my liking! My private classes and bootcamps are running until the middle of December but I will let you know class timetable for Dorking Sports Centre and FL Sports Club nearer the time as this hasn’t been arranged yet! There is still time to shed those last few pounds and tone up those wobbly bits to fit into that party frock so don’t delay and get in touch on laura.l.kidd@ntlworld.com .
I bought myself a new laptop today in hot pink which will please my pink obsessed daughter so now newletters will be back to Tuesday mornings as of next week. I will also be updating my website a lot more and adding some Vlogs (video blogs) I hope! Haven’t done one yet so this will be interesting. My old laptop got so slow and past it that I dreaded using it cos everything took so long or i’d be on it for 2 hours and achieve nothing….Frustrating!
Classes get v busy in january so it might be an idea to put your name down now if you are interested as you don’t want to miss out! Lots to choose from just go to my timetable page and description page to see what is going on in my world of fitness!

I hope you have a fab December and I will send out a Xmas blog nearer the time. Just remember don’t get stressed as it is only another day in the diary so just enjoy it and have fun….I intend to! Exercise is a great destress tool so want to get rid of some pent up frustration then have a workout! works for me every time! Followed by a glass of wine of course!
