There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach as everyone is unique and different times of the day will suit different people.
However having said that there are some benefits to getting in an early morning workout………..

Exercising early encourages you to make healthier choices throughout the day.
6) Better sleep
Working out early in the morning will lead to a deeper, better quality sleep as opposed to exercising shortly before retiring which will leave you wired!
