REFRESH ONLINE PROGRAM COMING SOON!

My new Refresh online program starts on Monday 24th September!

Its a 30 day program consisting of a healthy eating and exercise plan along with lots of live videos, chats, motivational talk and advice on how to move forward after the course and continue to look after your body.

The first 10 days will be a detox followed by a 10 day less strict healthy eating plan followed by a 10 day maintenance program.

It will be run via a Facebook group which will be private and only accessible to those in it.

  • Hate the gym and would rather work out at home
