Well whatever you think about her, Madonna is certainly in fantastic shape for a woman of 60!
Some think she looks amazing while others think she’s overdone the exercising and looks too masculine……personally I am in the first camp as I admire her tremendously for her dedication and realise the effort it must take to get that body at 60!
She has obviously worked incredibly hard to maintain an enviable figure and I would imagine her diet is pretty much on point as she would need a lot of energy for all of her lively performances!
It is rumoured that she exercises 6 days a week with a rest day and switches up her exercise routine regularly to encourage an overall body workout. This can include, boxing. martial arts, weight training, yoga, pilates, circuits and obviously dancing!
Her diet will have to be pretty damn clean to be able to get to 60 and look like that as exercise alone will not achieve that body!
I believe she eats small meals regularly throughout the day to keep her energy levels topped up as I would imagine her days can be quite gruelling and long! She must be a massive workaholic! She certainly is her own boss and lives by her own rules!
To be able to continue touring and performing at such a high level must require major discipline and consistency in her training!
There is hope for us yet ladies even if we can’t all look like Madonna or be in as good a shape as she is, we can certainly try which is what I intend to do!
