WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Didn’t that year zoom past! Every year seems to go past faster than the one before!

Classes and  bootcamps finish this week except for my Busy Lizzy classes that continue into next week.

Normal service resumes on Tuesday 3rd January.

I have successfully completed and passed my Third age menopause course so hope to bring you some helpful information on that in the new year. Menopause is a very personal experience and affects women differently making it hard to generalise  but I can offer some recommendations to make life easier (I hope)!
