Taking my business online!

As of Monday 23rd March my fitness business has moved completely online for the foreseeable future!

I am teaching 2 of my Pilates classes via a private Facebook group, my Tuesday evening Pilates Class 7.30pm and my Thursday afternoon Pilates class 2.30pm. These classes are free this week but will be £7 per sessions as of next week, payable by bank transfer……links are below……

I am also opening up a brand new online Laura Kidd VIP Fitness Hub, starting on Friday 27th March!

This is where you will find a daily live class with me, healthy recipes, meal plans, Q and A sessions, face time calls, motivation, inspiration and tons of positivity. There will be a free one week trial for this new membership group and after that either a monthly fee of £25 payable by direct debit or bank transfer monthly or a weekly fee of £7 to be paid by bank transfer. I know that some of you don’t want to commit so you can dip in and out as and when you like and you can cancel whenever, there is no contract!…
