Local Company is revamping its sports facilities and putting on lots of classes including spinning, pilates, salsacise and aerobics mostly taught by yours truly! This is happening beginning of March, so I will keep you updated. Its in a lovely location with FREE parking, gym, sauna and showers. There is even a bar open in the evenings! For further information leave me your contact details and I will get in touch. You can become a member of the club or just pay as you go. Beautiful gardens to sit out in in the summer and also a sports field which I may well hold bootcamps in when the spring arrives!!
